It is company policy to constantly review and update the company health and safety statement to ensure that all aspects of health and safety law are met where practical and to continually seek improvements for the welfare of all staff and customers, therefore from time to time this policy may change to reflect any such changes to health and safety law.

Heritage Fencing & Gates is committed to providing a safe working environment for employees, in line with requirements detailed in The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (C.O.S.H.H.), all available upon request. To ensure full compliance with the aforementioned regulations Heritage Fencing & Gates imposes certain regulations specific to Heritage Fencing & Gates and our approved supplier’s delivery service.

Delivery of materials is subject to the following requirements: All deliveries must be accessible by a hard road. Deliveries will only be made from a position on a hard road to the nearest suitable delivery point. The delivery service is subject to further requirements as detailed in the Heritage Fencing & Gates Terms & Conditions.

The above requirements are constantly reviewed and imposed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.
